The Off-Strip Las Vegas map is pretty much defined as anywhere that's not on the Las Vegas Strip, other than the Downtown area. That leaves a lot of Las Vegas for all of the Off-Strip Vegas hotels, entertainment and restaurants that are still worth visiting. You'll get away from most of the places that are rich in tourists, fanny packs and visors. But do you really want to be in the part of Vegas that doesn't have a bunch of fanny packs being pranced around proudly? Casino Boy never goes anywhere without his.

Check out this Off-Strip Las Vegas map to find the best of the Off-Strip Vegas hotels. Ones like the Rio All Suite and Hard Rock Hotel and Casino are closer to the Strip, possibly even walking distance if you want a good walk. The Las Vegas CityCenter hotels like Vdara are also technically off-Strip Vegas hotels, but are close enough to all the action that you probably won't need to catch a cab. These Las Vegas hotels have seen a lot of action in the casinos and rooms, so they keep things nice all the time.

Going a little farther on the Off-Strip Las Vegas map, you'll find Off-Strip Vegas Hotels like The Orleans, Boulder Station and Texas Station. These Off-Strip Vegas hotels are more of locals hang outs. They've got the Vegas casinos and restaurants that locals like to spend time in, because they don't feel like they're getting completely ripped off, or like they're going to completely rip out some drunken college kid's hair.

If you're just looking on the Off-Strip Las Vegas Map for something to do other than sleep and gamble, you'll find lots of good Las Vegas restaurants, in the Off-Strip Vegas hotels of course, golf courses and the airport. You're not going to just be driving around, twittling your thumbs. There's fun to be had around every corner, and if there's no fun there, there's desert.

Check the Off-Strip Las Vegas map for nightlife too. Once the sun sets, you're not going to want to be out playing with the rattlesnakes and coyotes. There aren't as many Las Vegas things to do Off-Strip at night as there are on the Strip, but you won't be completely bored out here either.
