The Environment:
There's nothing special or memorable about the decor and atmosphere at Chin Chin Las Vegas, but you're here for a meal, and that is what you'll get. Can you ask for much more when you're paying prices like these?
Why We Dine:
The Chin Chin Cafe & Sushi Bar Vegas has fairly decent food that isn't so expensive you have to hitchhike your way home.
- Decent Sushi: Raw fish in Sin City is pretty hit or miss. You can go somewhere and pay an arm and a leg just to be on the safe side, or you can go to Chin Chin Las Vegas and for some good sushi that won't blow your budget send you home with food poisoning.
- Good Prices: Unlike many restaurants on the Vegas Strip, Chin Chin Cafe Las Vegas has pretty good food, and they understand that just because they're in Vegas doesn't mean they have to jack up their prices. Thank God someone on the Strip realizes that.
- No Wait: While everyone else is off in their fancy hotels getting sushi at all the gourmet Asian restaurants that are overcharging them by at least $20, we're at Chin Chin Cafe and Sushi Bar at New York New York Las Vegas, and we don't have to wait long for a table or our food!
Inside Knowledge:
Don't expect the best customer service of your life from the staff at Chin Chin Cafe & Sushi Bar Vegas, but don't expect to be neglected or have the worst service of your life either. Nobody here is trying that hard to impress, they're just doing their job and they get it done. That's all we can ask.
We Recommend:
- Going Light: Chin Chin Cafe & Sushi Bar Vegas has both a to-go menu and a "Go Lite" option, where you can make any of your meals light to fit your diet!
- Getting an Appetizer: There are lots of places in Vegas that you can't order an appetizer with your meal because that really adds up, but at Chin Chin Las Vegas, the appetizers are well worth the few extra dollars, and we mean few.
