The Skinny

Drake first hit the scene as a television star on Degrassi: The Next Generation. His acting skills left much to be desired so he turned to R&B and surprised us all with his singing and rap skills. Well, surprised us that he could actually get a recording deal. Someone likes him because he won a number of awards including "Rap Recording of the Year" at the Juno Awards.
