The Skinny
Nobu Las Vegas is right on par with the other Nobu restaurants across the globe. This place rocks! If you want really good sushi in a trendy and modern environment, Nobu Vegas is it. Owner and chef, Nobu Matsuhisa knows how to run a restaurant. With a great staff, incredible food, and interesting atmosphere, Nobu shows us Cheapos how Japanese food is done Vegas style.

The Environment:
The inside of Nobu Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Las Vegas is exactly what you would expect from this stylish hotel. David Rockwell designed the interior of Nobu Las Vegas and left nothing out. Beautiful bamboo is accented with birch wood for a modern yet trendy design. The hand made black river rock wall is amazing and makes us feel refreshed and clean even if we just finished a 16 hour black jack and whiskey bender. Hey, it's Vegas baby!
Why We Dine:
When we hear Nobu Vegas we think great food, fantastic service, and an awesome modern atmosphere. It's one of our favorite places to scarf some seafood in Vegas.
- Fresh Sushi: Sushi can be really scary if it's not super fresh (and it's tough to find solid sushi in the middle of a desert), but Nobu Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Las Vegas definitely delivers. There is nothing sub-par about the raw fish at Nobu Vegas. It's fresh and delightful.
- Awesome Atmosphere: We love that Nobu Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Las Vegas is designed in a unique and modern way. Bamboo, birch and black river rock has never looked so good.
- Creative Cooked Dishes: Yes, Nobu Vegas has great sushi, but the cooked dishes are incredible as well. You really can't go wrong at this upscale Japanese restaurant.
Inside Knowledge:
If you happen to be a vegetarian, the chefs at Nobu Las Vegas are happy to accommodate all you veggies out there.
We Recommend:
- Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno: The flavor of this Nobu Vegas specialty is unmatched. It's fresh. It's shocking. And we love it!
- Black Cod With Miso: This is an absolute must at Nobu Vegas. It's a great combination and we have yet to meet someone who didn't absolutely love this dish.
Is it Worth It?
