There were once grand plans to expand the hotel part of the Suncoast, but the demand isn't there, so it remains relatively small.

The Suncoast is very close to the Rampart out in Summerlin, and works to attract the same crowd of local retirees.

The sportsbook at the Suncoast is large, but starting to show its age. It isn't as elegant as a few other locals sportsbooks.

Suncoast has its own liquor store, so if you don't get enough while playing you can grab eight or nine bottles to take home and enjoy with the cats.
