The Skinny
Central by Michel Richard Las Vegas is an American restaurant right in the middle of the Caesars Palace lobby. Watch people come and go, or be watched by the coming and going, whichever you prefer. It's supposed to be a meal that's more fun than your average dinner, and definitely tastier.

The Environment:
Central Las Vegas is noisy and crowded. People are checking in, heading to the casino, stumbling by on their way out and most of them are talking loud enough for you to hear everything you say. This is the perfect opportunity for people watching.
Why We Dine:
If the bearded fellow with out-stretched arms on the website isn't enough to get you to take a seat and order a meal at Central Las Vegas, these things might!
- Gluten Free Menu: There is an entire Central by Michel Richard Las Vegas menu dedicated to dishes that are gluten free. Appetizers, entrees, sides and desserts can all be had by you picky eaters, and more than one option in each category!
- Outdoor Patio: If you choose not to sit inside and watch the crowds go by, you can enjoy the outdoor seating. Grab a cocktail, if you're willing to pay about $14 a piece, or a beer averaging around $9, and soak in the Vegas sun.
- 24 Hours a Day: Central Las Vegas Caesars Palace open day and night, whether you need a morning pick-me-up or a casual late-night cocktail.
Inside Knowledge:
Central Las Vegas charges about $8-12 for a beer, but they have some pretty good beers on tap. Much more than the standard Bud Light/Coors Light that you might just get out of an aluminum can. There's some quality stuff here. And if you want something stronger, they have an array of scotch, whiskey and bourbon as well.
We Recommend:
- Going Elsewhere for Bar Food: Central Las Vegas does indeed have bar food, but with wings at $17 a plate, you can find better bar food at better prices in many, many different bars.
- Celebration Cake: Yes, it's a $15 dessert, the most expensive on the menu at Central Las Vegas Caesars Palace, but if you've come to celebrate, this is the dessert that takes the cake. Actually, you'll take that cake! And everyone will watch you do it. Yep, it causes quite a ruckus.
Is it Worth It?
The food is decent and you can't beat the location. The prices are pricey, but as they say "you're on the Strip." We know that if the food is all you want though, you can find a better deal.Central by Michel Richard Las Vegas Restaurant Amenities
