The Environment:

If there is anything better than the food at Fleur Las Vegas, it's the incredible dining environment.  Now us at Cheapo aren't known for being classy but this is a beautiful restaurant and makes even us lazy oafs want to get dressed up.  Towering stone walls compliment the dark wood and tan furniture.  Classy spot lighting make this upscale environment stand out and a stunning patio setting is the perfect place for a high class Vegas dinner.

Why We Dine:

Fleur Las Vegas Chef Hubert Keller is a culinary genius.  His food gives an interesting twist to traditional American French cuisine.  It's beyond good.

• Daily Happy Hour: Us Cheapos love a good happy hour and the fact that Fleur Las Vegas has a daily happy hour is reason enough for us to eat there as much as possible.
• Scrumptious Desserts: We tend to have a bit of a sweet tooth that only the dessert at Fleur restaurant Las Vegas can satisfy.
• Hubert Keller: Fleur by Hubert Keller at Mandalay Bay Las Vegas is home to some of Chef Keller's best recipes.  It's not every day we get to eat meals created by such an acclaimed chef.  He's won everything from the James Beard Foundation's Best Chef: California to an Ivy Award from Restaurants and Institutions.

Chef Keller of Fleur restaurant Las Vegas is not only an incredible chef, but he is also involved in many charities including the Make A Wish Foundation.  We wish we could afford to eat at Fleur Las Vegas every day!
