The Skinny
Mizuya Las Vegas has moderately-priced food and lots of sake. Sounds like a good deal to us! Great lunch specials and a solid happy hour make this Mandalay Bay eatery a good choice for you Cheapos in Vegas. The food may not be the highest quality available but you get what you pay for and in Vegas, you pay a lot for a little. Get used to it. After a few bottles of blueberry sake, who cares what the food tastes like? You won't be able to feel your tongue let alone taste your food.

The Environment:
The atmosphere at Mizuya Sushi & Sake Las Vegas is refreshing with a beautiful waterfall for those looking for a tranquil dining experience. If you are more into socializing, you can attempt to hang with the sushi chefs but be careful what you say - they are usually holding really big knives. Might not be a good idea after a few sake bombs.
Why We Dine:
We dine at Mizuya Sushi & Sake Las Vegas because it's convenient and not too horribly over-priced. It may not be the best sushi in the world but after a few bottles of sake, we won't care.
- Happy Hour: Every hour is happy for us Cheapos in Vegas, but we always love a good deal on sushi and sake at Mizuya Mandalay Bay Las Vegas.
- Lunch Specials: This isn't our ideal place for dinner, but it's definitely a nice lunch spot and it's not super expensive. Cheap is good, especially if you're like us and spend every penny trying to win big at the MGM Grand.
- Waterfall: Depending what time of year you are in Sin City, the heat can be unbearable. Sometimes it's nice to escape the heat and chaos of the Strip and relax next to a pristine waterfall. Just try to ignore that smoker's cough coming from the granny next to you.
Inside Knowledge:
Service at Mizuya Sushi & Sake Las Vegas can be really slow so be prepared.
We Recommend:
- Yellowtail Sashimi: This is a fresh well prepared option at Mizuya Las Vegas. Since some of their sashimi can be a little chewy, stick to what you know is good.
- Bento Box Lunch Special: Lunch is such a silly meal but you need it during a hardcore Vegas poker run. It's all about keeping a straight face and if grumpy pants is hungry, you're sure to make a mistake so chow down a big Bento Box from Mizuya Las Vegas on your next trip to Mandalay Bay.
