The Environment:

Gallagher's Steakhouse Las Vegas is reminiscent of those classic East Coast chop shops. The dim lighting, dark wood accents, and crisp white tablecloths create the "perfect date" ambiance. Black and white photographs of America's most loved Broadway singers, sports stars, and old time celebrities adorn the walls of Gallagher's Steakhouse at New York New York Hotel Las Vegas. The classic venue accommodates up to 300 people.

Why We Dine:

We may not be New York City natives, but there's something about Gallagher's Steakhouse Las Vegas that makes us feel at home. The price tag is expensive and the service may be a little lacking. Well, we're willing to suffer through those in order to take a peek at the Gallagher's Steakhouse Vegas menu.

• Comfort Dishes: A trip to Gallagher's Steakhouse Vegas is not complete without ordering a few of your favorite side dishes. From creamed spinach to the four-cheese macaroni, we love it almost as much as their famous aged steaks. A few of our other favorites include: Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, New England clam chowder, and that massive baked potato.
• Excellent Atmosphere: We love the atmosphere at Gallagher's Steakhouse at New York New York Hotel Las Vegas. Although a 300 seat venue is far from small, we love the intimate ambiance the restaurant creates. 
• Food on Display: Unless we work in a specialty meat factory or at Gallagher's Steakhouse Vegas, we may never get the chance to see our steaks age. The display case is always a sight to see. Although the hanging meats don't do anything special except well ... hang there, we always find our eyes bulge and jaw drop open every time we catch a close view of the aging cuts of meat.

Inside Knowledge:

Guests can enjoy a drink at the outside circular bar at Gallagher's Steakhouse Las Vegas, located right next to display case. Its prime location was replicated to look like a real street-side restaurant/bar in the re-created "Greenwich Village" of the Vegas Strip.
