The Skinny
It's too bad The Prime Rib Loft Las Vegas isn't located on the Vegas Strip. It's really an awesome spot for reasonably priced prime rib and probably worth the cab fare but we're lazy. We really like the fact that The Prime Rib Loft at The Orleans is actually in a loft located above a casino. How about we just move the entire Orleans Hotel and Casino to The Strip? The Environment:
The decor at The Prime Rib Loft at The Orleans keeps with the New Orleans theme. Colorful murals of jazz singers paint the walls. You'll feel like you're back on Bourbon Street, but this time it's not Mardi Gras and you aren't being hauled off to the drunk tank.
Why We Dine:
We dine at The Prime Rib Loft at The Orleans because we love prime rib, duh. It's a meaty kind of place with good food at a reasonable price.
- Aged Meat: The Prime Rib Loft Las Vegas does it right. To ensure high-quality and tenderness, the meat is dry-aged for 21 days.
- Atmosphere: Dark, romantic, and fun, The Prime Rib Loft at The Orleans is a great place for a hot date or a night out with friends. It's quiet and intimate, perfect for good conversation or a quick lip-lock session (just steer clear of the garlic mashed potatoes).
- Large Portions: This definitely isn't a tapas bar. The Prime Rib Loft Las Vegas is geared toward big manly meat-eaters and as such, doesn't skimp on portions. Steaks are often large enough to split and the baked potatoes are loaded with everything you want right at your table.
Inside Knowledge:
Don't be discouraged by the price of a glass of wine at The Prime Rib Loft Las Vegas. It actually comes in a carafe filled with approximately a third of a bottle. Forget sipping, go ahead and chug it at The Prime Rib Loft at The Orleans.
We Recommend:
- Fresh Grilled Artichoke: This is the perfect appetizer to enjoy before a big steak at The Prime Rib Loft Las Vegas. It's grilled to perfection and served with scrumptious lemon aioli dipping sauce.
- The Beefeater Cut Prime Rib: With a 24oz cut of prime rib, The Beefeater at Prime Rib Loft Vegas fine dining is enough to split between two. We recommend ordering it blackened Cajun style with a delicious Cajun spice rub. The Prime Rib Loft Vegas fine dining has the best prime rib you are going to find for such a low price anywhere in Sin City.

I am completely shocked I am the first to write a review on here for this place. If you like prime rib, if you like steak, dear lord if you like baked potatoes, this is the place to go. Their food is absolutely amazing! Portions are decent and the I do not believe you will find another place like this for the price. I found this place doing a search online for my dad's birthday December of 2013. Everyone was very happy with this place. We have been to Vegas twice since then and we are headed out there the weekend of July 10th. Every time we are in Vegas we eat at this restaurant once sometimes twice. Service is great, food is fabulous, and the casino is even fun to gamble in. Take a chance on the place people, you will not be disappointed.
