The Skinny

If you're looking for a fancy restaurant to spend all your newly earned cashed and celebrate your ex-Cheapo status in, Aureole Las Vegas could easily be the place to do that. They have fine French and American food and a wine tower that will knock your socks off. Put them back on before you get to your table though, because this is definitely the kind of place

When we say fancy, we mean fancy. Definitely don't wear your sweatpants and and holy t-shirt to Aureole Restaurant Las Vegas. You might even be pushing it by wearing clothes from last season.
The food at Aureole fine French dining Las Vegas is nothing but the best. They know that, and that's how they can charge this much for it.

The Environment:

We can't really even begin to emphasize how fancy Aureole Restaurant Las Vegas is. Like, we know that there are lots of fancy restaurants, but this one shows up even a few of those.

Why We Dine:

From the presentation, to the service to the food, Aureole Las Vegas is gourmet all the way, every single day.

Tasting Menu: Of course you won't be disappointed with the Aureole Restaurant Las Vegas tasting menu. You might be disappointed in the $95 you're out, but worse has happened in the casino, right? ... Right?
Wine Tower: A massive, glass wine tower might be the main attraction at Aureole fine French dining Las Vegas if the food wasn't so good. It takes a solid first place in the department of first-impressions though, so get a good look, because looking is free after all, unlike many things at this restaurant.
Great Service: There's nothing but smiles and etiquette coming from the staff serving Aureole French cuisine Las Vegas style. You'd be happy too if you got to charge this much for food.

Inside Knowledge:

This is no secret, but Aureole Las Vegas is one of Charlie Palmer's creations. He also owns the Charlie Palmer Steakhouse in the Four Seasons Hotel, but obviously he had to name this one something different since the hotels are right beside eachother. Or maybe just because he already felt pretentious enough naming one after himself.

We Recommend:

Drinking at the Bar: The meals are a little pricey for us Cheapos, but there's a bar at Aureole Las Vegas where the drinks are still pricey, but $15 is a lot more affordable to us than $60.
Foie Gras: The Aureole restaurant Las Vegas is known for their delicious Foie Gras, which you can find in the French onion soup and as a dish of it's own.

Is it Worth It?

It's worth every penny if you happen to have a LOT of pennies.
