Aria Las VegasFrom $281* a night. Aria Las Vegas is, in a word, swanky. The architecture is even cooler from the inside than out so make sure you step foot inside this massive new hotel before making up your mind about it. Because one you've been to Aria in CityCenter, the older Las Vegas hotels will be yesterday's news. Enjoy the luxurious rooms, many dining options and huge casino or take a short walk to enjoy the Las Vegas Strip itself.

AZ Charlie's BoulderFrom $27* a night. Arizona Charlie's Boulder might not be your first pick if you want luxury and elegance but if you're looking for a good deal close to the Las Vegas Strip, you can't beat this hotel. They have a casino and restaurants but everything is pretty old and worn-out so unless that old-time western vibe is your thing, you might want to use the money you save on your rooms to check out the bigger casinos on the Strip.

Arizona Charlie's DecaturFrom $44* a night. Arizona Charlie's Decatur Casino Hotel is tucked away from the rest of Las Vegas which makes it a huge favorite for locals and blue-collar type patrons. The rooms aren't much, the buffet is just average but the casino is fair and even has a non-smoking video poker section. This hotel is too far from the Strip to be good for many tourists, but if you're just there to gamble and need a clean place to rest your head, Arizona Charlie's Decatur is ideal.

Bill's Gamblin' HallFrom Check Availability a night. Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon may not sound like it belongs on the Vegas Strip, but players here will be just as glad to challenge you to a game of poker and take all your money as they are anywhere on the Strip.

Casino RoyaleFrom $89* a night. The Strip's most popular "hole in the wall" is the Casino Royale, a small hotel and casino located near Harrah's and the Venetian on Las Vegas Boulevard. Known for its old-school atmosphere, busy casino floor, quality bartenders and bar-top gambling, there's a lot to love about this dingy casino in Vegas.

Circus CircusFrom $20* a night. A stay at Circus Circus Las Vegas is just what Casino Boy prescribes for the best Cheapo stay in Vegas - as long as you don't care about the bright colors, numerous clowns and tons of children under foot! The huge indoor amusement part, midway games and free circus make this a great destination for families, but the low rates at Circus Circus make it a Casino Boy favorite.
